Dogali Selvy Law has a rich practice in handling appeals. Mr. Dogali has filed and argued numerous appeals in Florida’s First and Second District Courts of Appeal, and in the Florida Supreme Court. In federal court, Mr. Dogali has filed and argued numerous appeals before the Fifth, Ninth, Tenth, and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals, and has filed petitions for writs of certiorari in the Supreme Court of the United States.
